Enclosed please find 3 Pre-Approval letters from Worth Group Capital. The first is for 5 million, requiring 1M from us and 4M in a line of credit from WGC (this would be for smaller investors that could fund 1 episode at a time), the second is for 30M, requiring 6M from us and 24M in a line of credit from WGC (this would be for mid-size investors who could fund 1 whole season of 1 show at a time), and the third letter is for 500M, requiring 100M from us and 400M in a line of credit from WGC (this would allow us to fund multiple shows consecutively and run and operate our company at full capacity)
